Julius A. Induswe is a highly accomplished management and technical consultant with over 35 years of experience in multinational manufacturing organizations across Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria.
Throughout his distinguished career he has served in senior leadership positions at Unilever, Wrigley and LafargeHolcim, delivering exceptional results in cement manufacturing, production optimization, quality assurance and industrial transformation.
His expertise covers cement technology, plant optimization, raw material evaluation, feasibility studies, ESIA, project management, operational excellence and productivity improvement.
He also served as Chairman of the Cement Sub-sector of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers for four years, contributing significantly to the growth of the cement industry in East Africa.
